Waterloo Bitcoin Meetup

​This event falls on St Jean Baptiste day, an important summer festival day also associated with the Quebecois people and our sponsor Bull Bitcoin. We are celebrating the unity of our Canadian groups, along with a special feature talking about Bitcoin's cultural origins in Quebec in Canada by the work of the Bitcoin Embassy and Francis Pouliot. That gives the event a special French Canadian flair and a reminder of who paved the way for us to celebrate today in this country over a decade ago.
