We’ve been busy working on our book, In Search of your Inner Bean. It has been a learning experience in so many ways and while it was born from a need to support patients in crisis in the ER, it has evolved into simple and effective exercises to help you get connected to yourself, make space for something new and create new pathways that you didn’t know were possible. The book is a way to get to know us, Nisha and myself, and our self discovery journey.

Today’s mantra is “You are exactly where you need to be. Right here, right now.”

30 Day Challenge. (Do this with a friend to keep you accountable)
Make a list of things you love, that make you feel good, that you appreciate. Write it out using a large bold marker and keep adding to the list everyday for a month. Display it where you can see it, to be reminded of them.
