Hello wonderful people, today concludes our Mindful March exercise!

What we learned:

Micro-doses of mindfulness activities, 15-20 minutes a day can be very effective for improving your wellbeing when practiced regularly, as we continue to test and curate the best experiences that fit our modern life. We're now researching how long it takes to perceive positive change, starting with a 7 day program that we hope you'll sign up for when it's announced.
