​​Hope you're having a great day, the 🕹 Gaming and Storytelling cohort has just finished up the second week!

​

​A peek into what happened this past week:

• ​Photography expert Pratik hosted a Metahuman workshop and scanned everyone and made cohort members come to life in Unreal!

• ​3D sculpting expert Aiman came and did a play session of Fungisaurs, and cohort members had a lot of fun scanning and playing with them in the Fungisaurs AR app! 🍄

• ​Ewan has been exploring Tilt5 and has been streaming his VR drawing sessions and creating magical worlds, and also hosted a VR creation tools Gravity Sketch workshop where members drew in a world together collaboratively!

• ​Cohort member Raj has been experimenting with AR typography, and making text come to life

• ​Cohort member Kevin gave a great improv workshop that got cohort members up on their feet

• ​Cohort member Sava has been experimenting with Snapchat Lenses and created one that looks like the bathroom was flooded!

​LA Tech Week Metaverse Pitch Competition (Saturday August 20 @ 1:30pm)

​For LA Tech Week, ​AR House is hosting an epic Hollywood Hills backyard BBQ meets startup pitch competition.

​There will be AR/VR/metaverse demos, and exclusive pitches from 10 cutting edge metaverse startups. Jack Soslow & Robin Guo from a16z will be judging!
