What a year 2021 has been! I am so pleased to see old friends again and to have met so many new friends. So many of you are dedicated to taking the first or continued steps to transform yourselves through meditation and spiritual practice ( this delights me). The results are proven and out there. Regular meditation and spiritual practice help with everything from anxiety and depression to helping your peak performance in sport or at work. I hope everyone gets the chance to enjoy the Christmas Break with lots of peace and relaxation.
I am pleased to let you know that 2022 looks to be just as busy, with continuing classes at Great Waltham on a Tuesday. From 6-7 pm on a Tuesday Susan will be teaching Hatha Yoga for yoga beginners and for those who wish to refresh their foundation practice.
From 715pm-815pm I will be starting a new course of Meditation classes. You may choose to attend both classes and enjoy a quick break in between or, you may wish to attend one or the other of the classes. The classes are In Great Waltham, Chelmsford, Essex. Other venues are coming soon.
You can block book the 12-week course in advance, which I suggest as we only have 15 places available. Alternatively, you can take your chances and book on an ongoing weekly basis. The 5 for 4 credit pack bundles also apply for these classes. You can buy these for yourself or as a Christmas gift maybe... Purchase below
In regard to any possible covid restrictions, if you purchase in advance, I've made it simple. If the class has to be cancelled, I will refund you in full for that class.
If you're a living together couple, and you want to book the full 12-week course, please drop me an email and I'll send you a 10% discount code for use on the series price.
For those of you in the Heart, Mind Yoga Facebook group lookout for the 12 days of Christmas Meditation Challenge, a new 5-10 minute meditation each day over Christmas. If you're not a member of the Facebook group you can join! Press the button below.
It's just for Susan and myself to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year. Stay safe and see you soon. Mark
