I am SO BEYOND excited to work with you! Community, journaling, healing, self-esteem building, discovering OUR FRIGGIN' DREAMS - these are a few of my favorite things. I CAN’T WAIT!
I wanted to give you a few essential heads ups! 😚
1. Today, you should receive an invite you to join the New Year, Deeper You community. Please accept! This is where you will find all of your resources, prompts, and replays of sessions. You also can (and I’d love you to) create a community profile because I think you’ll want to chat with one another. It’s SUPER simple. I promise – not a lot to learn which is why I chose this platform. (We will go over the first class as well)
Let me know if you have any issues! Or don't receive the invite! If there are any kinks, let’s work them out now!
2. Once you are in the community click on “Library” to the left of the page (screen shot at end of this email) to see resources available to you now. I am including my Journaling Ten Commandments and my list of Bibles, books that nurture me in case you want to do any pre-reading.
3. I have already posted Week 1’s Prompts if you want a preview of what is to come!
4. I don’t usually “coach” but I am offering 2 spots for individuals who want some one-on-one work. Email me if you are interested with a specific goal you have (ex: do you need accountability, help with a particular issue, just need a cheer leader, you tell me!) The pricing for this is my coaching fee but, because you already paid for the class - there will be a discount to reflect that 😘 DON’T WORRY THO – you definitely don’t “need” a coach, I am going to be in your groups, in your e-mails, you won’t be able to get rid of me! This is just for a person who wants a little extra attention.

You are going to need a journal you LOVE and a pen you LOVE. Not that you like. Not that’s okay. A PEN AND JOURNAL TO HAVE A LOVE AFFAIR WITH! This is the pen I use, it rolls nicely and doesn’t bleed through the pages. It’s made my one of my favorite local stationary stores, Paper Sugar, in Los Angeles.
These are the Rifle journals I use, I really like them because if you use a spiral notebook, you can write all the way to the end of the page. I highly recommend you use a spiral notebook if you can.
You are going to need a place to take this course! I recommend you do-it-up! Have a candle burning, really clean it out, make it as special as you can so that every time you come to class you can look around and exhale.
