NOW WEEKLY WISDOM
Quote: “I have broken many glass ceilings - so I know it can be done.”
- Helen Clark (Former New Zealand Prime Minister and UNDP Administrator)

Tip: What makes one a leader?
What really matters in leadership is integrity, skills, and competence. Leadership is not gender specific. Competence and skills are not gender specific. Integrity is also not gender specific. Therefore a man or woman with the Competence, skill, and integrity is fit to be a leader. Women in leadership positions have been on the rise recently, but there is still a long way to go. Studies have shown that companies with diverse leadership teams perform better financially and are more innovative.
Let us help break the leadership glass ceiling that limits a woman's potential! Women Lead.
