​The much awaited Builder's Camp commenced on 23rd July. The first session began with onboarding with around 30 builders and came to an end with a very insightful session by Udit Goenka.

​Showcasing Crater.co

​This week for the Startup Showcase, we have a one of a kind application- Crater.co. Crater is an all- in- one business management platform for creators and freelancers. Their novel idea is to back social media creators with the much- needed financial support and tools. 

​Startup news of the week  

​There were a lot of activities in the Startup Ecosystem this week:

​- The Parliamentary Standing Committee suggested that the DPIIT develop a strategy to assist small businesses in developing a technical tool compliant with ONDC protocols and moving closer to the Centre's aims of onboarding small homegrown enterprises. 

​- This week's top gainers included Delhivery, EaseMyTrip, Cartrade IT, and Fino Payments, as new age tech businesses from the Indian startup ecosystem performed strongly on Indian stock exchanges.

​- The auction for the much-anticipated 5G spectrum commenced on Tuesday (July 26, 2022), with the spectrum priced at INR 4.3 Lakh Cr. Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea (Vi), and Adani Group competed during the auction.

​- The Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) establishes its own Web3 Policy Office, pledging to bring together the departments in charge of industrial financing, taxation, the corporate system, and other entertainment businesses. Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Japan's second largest bank, has declared plans to grow into digital asset companies like as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and Web3 platforms.

​- To address the industry's interoperability difficulties, blockchain-based Metaverse and Web 3 platforms have formed the Open Metaverse Alliance for Web 3 (OMA3)

​🚀 Prakash Donga is the Founder & Director of Operation at SoluteLabs- a design and development agency. Prakash looks forward to knowledge sharing, learning, and growing with the community. 
 

​🚀 Maria is a marketing manager at DoubleCloud from Prague. She works in SEO marketing, content creation, social media, etc. Their aim is to make data experience in the cloud more efficient and way better. They have built sub-second analytical applications on proven open-source technologies, like ClickHouse and Kafka. 
 

​🚀 Mohammad Owaiz Shaik is a multidisciplinary designer; an engineer by choice, and a designer by calling. Currently, he is working with “Preplaced '' in tools and experiences to help job seekers achieve their goals faster through guided learning from a mentor community. His experience includes leading design at startups; building products from zero to one. 

​ 🚀 Moses is a product manager, Co-Founder for a Credit Management Startup (BFREE Africa Inc.) with HQ in Delaware, US and operations in Lagos, Nairobi and Accra.
