​Showcasing PayFlexi #FinTech

​This week for the Startup Showcase, we have PayFlexi- a flexible payment planning platform that enables businesses to optimise and provide frictionless payment to their customers using PayFlexi’s services.

​Startup news of the week  

​- The Reserve Bank of India issued the first set of guidelines for digital lending. It has not only regulated company conduct regulations, but has also emphasized borrowers' data protection. According to the standards, automatic increases in credit limit without the borrower's explicit approval will now be forbidden.

​- Microsoft has become the first multinational company to join the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), an ambitious project launched by the Indian government to improve digital commerce in the country.

​- Confusion hung around WazirX's acquisition. Binance announced its acquisition of WazirX in November 2019. While Changpeng Zhao stated that the transaction was never finalised, Nischal Shetty stated that Binance owned WazirX.

​- CoinSwitch, a cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the creation of the Web3 Discovery Fund, a venture capital effort that will invest in and incubate early-stage entrepreneurs developing blockchain solutions for the fast changing Web3 market.

​- Tezos India has established a new vertical, Web3.0-based "Tezos India arts and culture" (TIAC), for arts and culture-centric activities and initiatives aimed at educating artists on all of their digital expression options in this domain.
