​Did you know that while 40% of US tech workers have already left their jobs or plan to quit by 2022, the number of Americans holding multiple jobs (4.4%) is growing? There’s even an overemployed community for those holding various remote jobs. Why take on multiple jobs? Some overemployed members say it’s about working towards financial freedom, while others say it’s about taking back control over “how life and work ought to be.” 

​One job. Multiple jobs. No jobs. There is no “right” or “wrong” way of “how life and work ought to be.” There’s just what you choose for your life. And - for the Robert Frost fans out there - the reality is that we’re all walking the road less traveled. So, let’s own it. What’s yours going to be?
