​- According to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Indian Railways received 297 proposals from startups as part of the 'StartUps for Railways' initiative. Vaishnaw also stated that the ministry received proposals to address 11 issues. 

​- Data suggests, India is now minting unicorns faster than any other country in the world, overtaking China, which has 174 unicorns. With 96 unicorns, Israel is on its way to joining India in the three-figure club. India ranks third in the global Startup ecosystem and also in terms of the number of Unicorns.

​- The Uttar Pradesh government is rethinking its policy to support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and female entrepreneurs.

​- PhonePe is developing a detailed plan to fuel its ecommerce plans as it integrates with the government's Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).

​- SBI, India's largest lender, opened its first-ever startup branch in Bengaluru on Tuesday, which will fund and support early-stage entrepreneurs in establishing new businesses until they are listed on stock exchanges.
 

​- As the Metaverse and Web3 begin to permeate all aspects of life and a growing number of industries, the founders of Mystic.com want to simplify the complex Web3 ecosystem.
