We are bringing you Sundar Narayanan an Ethics professional with 16 yrs of experience in advising corporations in developing policies, creating content, training people, conducting risk assessments, and assisting in fact-finding reviews.  Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics researcher for the past 3 years with a focus on ethical issues and downside risks associated with artificial intelligence systems.  Published papers at ASIS&T SIG-SI and SIG-IEP workshop, Annual Conference of SEAC 2021, A Better Tech convention and career fair, BHCC 2021, and SweDS 202. One of the papers got selected for poster presentation at NeurIPS 2022 workshop. Fellow of ForHumanity, an organization working towards building criteria for audit of AI systems. Co-authored the Risk Management Framework for audit of AI systems as part of ForHumanity. He currently collaborates with AI Governance and Risk platforms to contribute to client advisory work.

Topic of focus: Ethical issues including privacy, parental access & controls, and deceptive design patterns in mobile apps used by adolescents (Title: Mind Control). This paper is based upon work supported in part by The Notre Dame-IBM Tech Ethics Lab.
