​I hope you had a great holiday weekend! Josh and I took the family to IHOP, a tour of Costco Business (they sell whole roasted pigs 🤯), and discovered we may have a future as backup dancers after dancing to Just Dance on our Nintendo Switch.

​Okay. So, before we jump into December, let’s skip the Taylor Swift x Live Nation, Elon Musk x Twitter x Trump, and the FTX fiasco talk, and instead jump into some of our community’s Cyber Monday deals here and celebrate the last days of entrepreneurship month by learning some interesting stats. Did you know that 99% of all businesses in the US and Latin America are small businesses? It’s true and one reason why I’m excited to share that Ganas Ventures invested in Leadsales, which is helping SMBs increase sales by building the future of conversational commerce.

​Yes! Latinas play a key role in the growth of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and economy in the US (and Latin America). Imagine if we gave these women capital to build VC-back unicorns. The bad news is that only <2% of VC dollars go to Latine-led companies and <2% of VCs are Latine.
