​This week marks the start of the Building Belonging collective. You can join here!

​I use the word 'collective' because we don't automatically have a community just by putting people into the same place. A sense of community grows as we have inter-related experiences and get to know one another in the spirit of curiosity and caring.

​My pledge to you is that as we come together, I'll be making connections among people in the group to spark conversations and to help us all find it easier to develop actual relationships in our collective space.

​I'm here to listen and learn and support your amazing work, and to collaborate with you on a judgement-free zone where we can be with each other without having to take on any extra burden. And to have fun!

​Our mission is to co-create spaces that foster belonging, caring, and a sense of significance. There is a global cultural and health crisis of loneliness and disconnection. Community builders are the innovators and leaders changing the trajectory. We believe that communities can be a force of transformation and that connection is the key.
