$30K Monthly Sales is like….

Those were just a few notes I took from the conversation. They couldn’t believe how quickly it happened (5 months). Was there a ton of education along the way to the founder to understand marketing? Absolutely. They started off not “comfortable with marketing,” but after working together I was able to educate and provide the support they needed to grow their innovative product into a brand, and then eventually into a business.

Client Highlight: Pickytarian

With the April holidays you may be hosting around the corner, I’d like to share one of my favorite launch clients: Pickytarian tableware. Together, we worked on the launch strategy to reach party hosts during the holidays. This is one of the first times that people will be joining together in a post Covid world (Biden is lifting everything in May), and I helped Pickytarian capitalize on these new insights.

Laide, the Pickytarian founder, also co-founded a tech company. She created Mink, which you can use for:

  • Sharing with retailers your products for them to easily order 

  • Create invoices and proposals with influencers or partnerships

  • I am using it and sharing it to you as a resource for you to use and how I share my super powers with all of you. 


Movie Club- Branson 

OK, I didn’t get to read a book this week since, well, kids…[let’s just leave it at that!] 

BUT I was able to sneak in the Branson documentary between some Babyshark Space Adventure (I don’t recommend this movie at all; plot makes no sense except to 2 year olds). What struck me about Branson’s business growth was the extreme PR push and marketing that was the true core of his businesses.  While these stunts were great in the 90’s, many founders don’t realize the costs, safety and process that goes behind the scenes.
