​​Jean has been a Software Engineer and a Manager in Silicon Valley for 10+ years. Jean is also the Founder of Exaltitude, helping people unlock their full potentials & shape the future of technology. Prior to Exaltitude, she was the 19th engineer at WhatsApp and worked with Facebook for 5 years after the acquisition, where she built stellar products, engineering teams, and diverse communities as a Software Engineering Manager and a leader.
