BLOOM ~ Root to Rise
Slow Yoga & Journaling with Frances
Part of the “Bloom” Series
Join us for a nourishing two-hour workshop that combines reflective journaling and a 90-minute slow yoga practice. Guided by Frances, this session will center around the theme Bloom — exploring what blooming means to each of us, how we envision it, and how we can invite it into our daily lives.
Frances will offer gentle reflection prompts to begin the session, allowing time to write and settle in. The yoga practice that follows will be slow, grounding, and accessible — blending energizing breathwork, balancing postures, and restorative pauses to help you connect deeply with your body and breath. Together, we’ll create space to root ourselves in stillness and strength, laying the foundation for growth and expansion as we move into the summer season.
What to Bring
A notebook or journal, and a pen
Comfortable clothes to move in
