​In celebration of 5B's fall activewear launch, join Shanti House and 5B for Rooftop Yoga + Fittings on Nomo Soho's Penthouse Rooftop on Sunday, Sept 8th.

​Start your morning with light breath work and 45 mins of vinyasa flow focused on the full body and core led by Shanti House founder and certified yoga instructor Louisa Li. All levels welcome as there will be modifications + variations that allow you to energize, relax, and re-center.
