​Cairo Amani (she/her) is head of customer success & coaching at Sunnyside. For a decade, she's launched customer facing teams for small startups. She's also spent over seven years coaching high achieving women and helping them expand their careers and find work-life balance.

​Cairo guides high achieving women to improve performance, growth and success in their careers. She describes herself as a therapist for work, helping women overcome issues such as lack of confidence, lack of strong professional brand and presence, and lack of industry knowledge. A former recruiter and current hiring manager, Cairo loves sharing the ins and outs of career advancement and help women move from job hunting to job attracting.
