Monthly inner resilience series: Confidence
We're exploring a different value every month in 2025. The main inspiration is Rick and Forest Hanson’s book, Resilience.
This month: Confidence
In this session, we’ll explore the theme of Confidence through the lens of Rick Hanson’s book Resilient. Grounded in neuroscience and practical psychology, Hanson shows how confidence isn’t just about being bold—it’s about developing a deep inner sense of worth and capability that stays steady even in uncertain or challenging situations. Together, we’ll reflect on how early experiences and conditioning shape our self-belief, and practice tools for strengthening the inner resources that support authentic confidence.
This workshop will include a short reading from Resilient, guided reflection, and embodied exercises to help integrate the material. Whether you're working through self-doubt, taking a leap in your personal or professional life, or simply curious about inner growth, this is a space to reconnect with your inner strength—and remember that confidence is not something you perform, but something you build from within.
