Consultation: Anti-Black Racism, Disability & Education—Lived Experiences of Black Children and Families
Join us for a vital community consultation centering the voices of Black parents, caregivers, and guardians of children with disabilities. This session will explore the impact of anti-Black racism within the education system—particularly through the lens of the IEP process, school discipline, support systems, accommodations, access to technology, and classroom inclusion.
We are gathering stories, insights, and real experiences to understand how Black children with disabilities are being supported—or not—across schools in our communities. Your voice matters. Help us shape better policies, accountability, and accessible education for every Black child.
