BARRE — a low-impact, high-burn workout that blends ballet-inspired movement with pilates, strength, and deep muscle activation. expect pulses, holds, and precise form to sculpt and strengthen your entire body—especially those hard-to-reach muscles. no dance experience required, just a willingness to shake (sorry in advance!!).
SCULPT — your full-body tone zone. this class fuses strength, pilates, and endurance into one seamless sweat session using light weights, bodyweight, and strategic repetition. high reps, low impact, and a burn so good it might just become your new addiction. ;)
PILATES — classical(ish) pilates moves but with an opb twist. expect core-driven movement, deep muscle activation, and breath-led flow designed to lengthen, strengthen, and support you from the inside out. slow and controlled—but never boring!!
STRENGTH — no weights? no problem. this strength class uses just your bodyweight to challenge stability, control, and endurance. expect functional movement, core engagement, and dynamic holds that leave you feeling strong from the inside out. *PSA!! depending on class capacity — I will be able to bring a variety of weights, and you can always bring your own!
STRENGTH (FRI 6AM) — A weekly rotation designed to train the entire body with intention, intensity, and impact. three circuit-style classes (upper, lower and full-body), each focused on a different zone, so your strength gains stack week after week. expect dumbbells, tempo, and compound movements to round out your workouts!
