Know Your Expert

Harkirat is a practicing Psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology, Pune University. She has been trained in Rational motive behavior therapy (Peace of Mind), Essentials in Cognitive behavior therapy (Beck's Institute, Pennsylvania) and is pursuing Presence Oriented Therapy (TISS). 

She utilizes an integrated, relational and goal oriented approach to therapy. Her aim is to collaboratively work with the clients to navigate through stressful life experiences with updated research and techniques in psychotherapy. She utilizes an eclectic approach using techniques of DBT, ACT, IFS and SFT. Harkirat’s work lays emphasis on trauma informed therapy, somatic work along with spiritual psychology practices. She has worked in following domains - psychometric test construction , employee engagement, leadership & emotional well-being program. She also provides therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and career related issues.
