He now leads the Strategic Earthshot Initiative, advancing national tech leadership through programs in workforce development, innovation ecosystems, and space infrastructure. As founding CEO of WIN (World Innovation Network), he unites public, private, and academic sectors to secure U.S. innovation preeminence. Katz remains an outspoken advocate for allied collaboration and a mentor to next-generation space leaders.
