This year we have events across 30+ countries and 80+ locations!
Valentina is hosting a magical relaxed sunset picnic at the iconic Templo de Debod! Bring something tasty to share, connect with fellow hat-wearers, and enjoy breathtaking evening views as the sun sets over Madrid. It's the perfect casual, friendly way to meet like-minded people and build connections outdoors.
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.

Backup plan: Suitable alternative will be found if weather doesn't cooperate
What to bring: Something small to add to the picnic (snack, drink, fruit, etc.) + A blanket/towel to sit on
Parking: Limited street parking, VP Plaza España hotel parking recommended (pay at machine)
Your host Valentina is an events manager turned community builder who also speaks about networking, champions salary transparency, and loves dinner parties. Her favorite part about being a generalist? "It allows me to move between different roles and work on different projects I wouldn't normally have the chance to."
