Out in Climate: Out in Climate is a non-profit dedicated to building community among LGBTQ+ professionals in the climate space. Our mission is to foster networking and mentoring, and to uplift queer voices working on climate solutions. Since our founding in 2022, we've hosted 30+ events connecting over 1,000 queer professionals across a broad swath of organizations, including climate tech startups and investors, government, and NGOs.
