​Who are we?

​METR is a California-based nonprofit research organization which studies AI capabilities, including broad autonomous capabilities and the ability of AI systems to conduct AI R&D.

​What to expect

​Come join as we have fun and enjoy drinks (+ lots of food!) while discussing AI research & share perspectives on how society and government might prepare for an era of really smart machines.

​There'll be friends from across the industry and various fields. Feel free to invite others who are one of the below.
