​Set in an unexpected indoor setting — think privatized art gallery — you’ll join 100 curious minds from Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona for an immersive evening of connection, conversation, and creativity.

• ​Roasted Pumpkin with whipped feta

• ​Pistachio gremolata, and a drizzle of hot honey, a sweet, smoky welcome kissed by spice and earth

• ​First Course:

• ​Autumn Millefeuille layers of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and pastry, delicate yet rich, like a forest floor in golden light

• ​Dessert:

• ​Toffee Poached Pear tender and fragrant, bathed in warm toffee, served with a whisper of spice and a final note of indulgence

• ​One bootle of red or white wine every 4 people + dessert elixir
