Ivan Molina Chavarria
Originally from Costa Rica, I arrived in Vancouver in March 2024 to expand my career through two specialized diplomas in UI/UX Design and Digital Marketing. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and over the past few years (+5), I’ve gained diverse experience across software, fintech, customer experience, and system analysis.
Currently, I work as a Fintech Account Executive at BanPay, helping businesses implement efficient cross-border payment and local currency exchange solutions. My role bridges product, sales, and UX, supporting both growth and usability improvements.
Previously, I served as a Software Sales Specialist at Rentrax, where I led B2B software demos, optimized the client onboarding experience, and contributed UX insights to the product team. I’ve also held roles in customer service, digital analytics, and DevOps, spanning companies like YesCycle, Emerson, and DXC Technology.
