They provide an opportunity for consistent reflection and accountability, helping us stay engaged with our growth, relational skills, and interdependence. ✨
This is a space where you can actively participate or simply listen, engaging in a balance of reflection, mindful sharing, and discussion. Together, we’ll co-create the flow and intentions of each session, meeting the needs of the group in the moment.

Self-Reflection & Inner Exploration: Tools to deepen your connection with your inner world and others.
Practices & Tools: Discover techniques to enhance connection, build relational skills, and strengthen emotional resilience through holistic ways.
Inclusive Environment: We honor neurodivergent needs, offering low-stimulation options and non-verbal sharing for those who prefer it.
Flexible Participation: Drop in for one circle or sign up for recurring sessions—whatever fits your rhythm best.
How to Take Part
To ensure accessibility, we’ve designed a flexible donation system:
Minimum Contribution: €5 per circle
Suggested Range: €7–€10 for those who can contribute more
Extra Support: If you're in a position to give above the suggested range, your contribution helps sustain this space and ensures it remains accessible to others.
We also understand that financial situations vary. If the suggested amount is a challenge for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out—this space is for everyone, and The Oneliness Project is committed to inclusivity.
