Are you ready to unleash your creativity and make some stunning abstract collages? Join the talented Laura Buckland Mason for an engaging and interactive session where you'll learn to craft beautiful abstract collages using simple materials and techniques from the comfort of your home. All abilities and ages are welcome!
Required Materials:
White A4 paper or card
Scissors
Glue (glue stick/Pritt stick, PVA glue, matte Mod Podge, or gel medium and a brush)
Plus either:
Coloured paper in 5-8 different colours
Magazines to cut up
A selection of 5-8 lightweight found papers (newspaper, catalogues, used envelopes, old wrapping paper, tissue paper, paper or foil sweet wrappers, receipts, etc.)
Optional Materials:
Pencil
Ruler
Craft knife and cutting mat
Craft hole punches (particularly circles)
Black/white/metallic pens
Members, and non-members, are welcome.

Laura Buckland Mason has been passionate about creating art for as long as she can remember. From finger painting as a toddler to writing stories about her hamsters as a child, Laura has always immersed herself in various creative pursuits. As a teenager, she loved making greeting cards with her mum, and as an adult, she has explored a wide range of art and craft activities.
Laura thrives on participating in communal art, craft, and writing projects that bring people together. She has facilitated and attended numerous art groups and workshops and enjoys exchanging art with people around the world. Laura is excited to share her love of collage with you and can't wait to see what you create during this session.
