Go down the north side of Pier 70 (follow AI2 sign). Walk down the pier for about 300 feet (past the parking entrance) and take the straight white stairs up to the 2nd floor (NOT the switchback stairs at the intersection of Alaskan Way and Broad St). Take the stairs inside up to the 3rd floor. Paid parking is available halfway down the pier, or under the Olympic Sculpture Park on Broad St.
