zkWarsaw Meetup 20: A mental model of TLSNotary
We’re kicking off the new year with an exciting zkWarsaw Meetup featuring outstanding speaker who will share their insights on cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and verifiable systems!
Our first speaker, Thomas (th4s), is a TLSNotary Developer at EF/PSE. With a background in physics and experience in banking, he later shifted to programming and cryptography, contributing to the development of secure and verifiable systems. You can check out his work on GitHub.
📅 Agenda:
18:00 – Doors open: Grab a seat & make yourself comfortable
18:15 – 'A mental model of TLSNotary' by Thomas (th4s)
19:00+ – Social time: Networking with pizza & beer
Presentation:
– 'A mental model of TLSNotary' by Thomas (th4s)
This talk aims to give an overview of TLSNotary and consists of 3 parts. First we will get a high-level introduction to what TLSNotary is and what it does. Afterwards we will have a deeper look into the cryptography which is needed to make it work. Then in the final part we will learn how and where these protocols are used inside of TLSNotary.
