​roobarb studio invites you to an immersive surrealist-inspired dinner where art, flavor, and imagination collide.

​chef matteo is back to prepare an exquisite 5-course tasting menu - asian-inspired with an italian backbone featuring seasonal local produce. each course will be accompanied by a thoughtfully curated spirit, and set amidst a dreamscape of flowers, textures, and unexpected delights.

​currently at gucci osteria under Massimo Bottura, matteo is michelin trained & a very creative, playful, and talented chef. we can't wait to see what he crafts up for us.

​7pm - doors open for a cocktail hour

​7:30pm - dinner begins

​~10:00pm - formal dinner service concludes
