However, many factors including the lack of measurement tools for brain performance and brain health, and stigma towards mental health issues are reducing the efficacy and take-up rate of the EAPs.

Businesses can develop a holistic wellbeing strategy by focusing on building and growing brain capital (quantification of brain performance in an organization), starting with measuring brain capital objectively and using it to keep talent engaged and the business thriving.

This masterclass is designed for leaders to acquire the knowledge and skills of organizational brain capital building to enable peak team brain performance and ignite organizational growth.
