We’re pioneering innovative community agenda games called Cagendas and OPTOPICS to ensure discussions reflect community interests. These experimental formats help us coordinate topics democratically, make the most of our time together, and create fair, decentralized systems for agenda setting and media creation - essential infrastructure for scaling community coordination.
