Digital Assets Association and RHTLawAsia LLP are pleased to host and invite you to a lunchtime seminar on “Alternative Capital-Raising Methods in the Digital Age”.
Join us and experts from SDAX and OMA, for presentations and a panel discussion cum Q&A on how evolving technologies are enabling business and asset owners additional avenues to raise equity and/or debt capital, and/or to raise funds by leveraging on the tokenisation of their real-world assets.
The session is arranged in conjunction with the launch of the 2nd edition of “The Law and Practice of Corporate Finance in Singapore”, co-written by Ch’ng Li-Ling and Yang Eu Jin of RHTLaw Asia LLP (published by Lexis-Nexis at end 2024),
