About Event
Many of you will now have completed your user research. You will be reflection on your data and thinking about what it all means. This session will introduce the Define phase of the programme. Join this interactive workshop to understand:
- What is synthesis? How can it help me make the most of my research?
- How to identify themes from your research
- What are insights
- How to write user need statements
Who should attend? All Project Leads should attend this workshop.
The session will be hosted by members of the CAST and Deloitte team. A recording of the session will also be made available to all participants through the Resource Hub.
