🌟 Pranav Kalra is a Senior Consultant at Steward Redqueen, specializing in managing and assessing ESG risk and impact. He has experience helping clients investing in South and Southeast Asia to develop sustainability strategies and implement them in their operations, with a focus on aligning LP & GP requirements with the realities of investees in the tech sector. Prior to joining Steward Redqueen, Pranav helped develop a tech platform to assist companies in tracking and disclosing ESG metrics. Pranav holds degrees in Engineering Science (Renewable Energy Systems) and Innovation & Design from the National University of Singapore.
🌟 Chris Kaptein is a Managing Partner at Integra Partners, investing where profit meets purpose. Integra Partners currently manages two flagship funds focused on investments in technology-driven companies across five key themes: SME enablement, digital finance, healthcare, climate and environment, and agriculture and food, with a particular emphasis on companies leveraging embedded finance as a growth driver. With over 18 years of investment experience across Asia-Pacific, Chris has built an extensive network within the venture ecosystem. Prior to moving to Singapore in 2015, Chris spent 10 years in Shanghai and Hong Kong in various investment roles. Chris holds a MSc in Econometrics from Maastricht University.

A veteran in ESG and FinTech, she has driven change through key stakeholder engagement and improving data transparency. She received the FinTech65 award in 2023 and has worked with major banks like ING and Ping An Group. Lynette focuses on advancing ESG integration and fostering sustainable business practices. Passionate about mentoring, she sits on the Board of Mentors at Singapore Management University, connecting with those interested in sustainability, innovation, and venture building.
