About Event

Goodgrow is excited to host our first event of 2025! Join us for an evening of networking, thought-provoking discussion, and calls to action for aspiring entrepreneurs in the sustainability space.

Our event will begin with networking, light refreshments and several showcases where guests will have a chance to learn about our latest projects and meet our panelists. Our panel will begin at 7pm and will run ~30 minutes, with 10-15 minutes at the end for Q&A.

We will be joined by three amazing panelists for our event.

Michael Thomas is a founder and impact investor with a wealth of experience in the sustainability and legal sector.

Dan Maloney is Co-founder of Sol Cacao, the Bronx's first bean-to-bar chocolate company, with a passion for farm-to-table practices, agricultural conservation, and technology.

Renee Keitt is the founder of KBM Spices & Things, an award winning spice company based here in NYC. She is also a land steward at Lydia’s Magic Garden, La Finca del Sur, New Roots Community Farm, and Diversity Edible Farm Garden.

This event will take place at Heyground Harlem, home to Communitas America. Communitas America is a startup incubator which fosters innovation and collaboration for underserved social entrepreneurs.
