​Teresa Lieh is currently a Product Designer, creating digital experiences at Facebook Messenger and Instagram. At an early age, she was fascinated by animations and fantasy books, inspiring her to doodle and create her own stories; however, she didn’t know how to pursue a creative career because of the paths her family encouraged her to take. Fast forward to after her undergrad education, she made a commitment to experiment with her creativity, eventually setting her eyes on design. 

​Her journey to becoming a Product Designer at Facebook was not linear, it was one of high risk and high reward. Don’t miss this event - come hear Teresa’s story, as she hopes to encourage and inspire others pivoting into design!
