Christian Ulstrup runs GSD @ Work, a boutique consultancy that helps VC-backed founders and Chiefs of Staff get stuff done on remote teams with OKRs, attention management techniques for individuals and teams, and accelerated customer discovery sprints.

He's been using OKRs for over 7 years, including as a product manager, exec, and founder at venture-backed startups.
