Do you offer international travel discounts?

Are there discounts for teams?

Absolutely! If you are thinking of attending the conference with 3 or more people from your team, reach out to events@operationsnation.com to discover how to claim your discounts.

How do I get a VAT receipt for my ticket?

What should I do if I got a ticket, but can't make it to the event?

All sales are final. You may be able to transfer your ticket to another participant up to 30 days before the start of the cONference. Contact events@operationsnation.com and the team will help.
Note: Tickets cannot be shared - one person per ticket for the whole event.

Can I split my payment for the cONference ticket?

Yes! We offer a flexible payment option: you can split your ticket payment into several installments. To set this up, please email us at events@operationsnation.com, and our team will provide you with the details.

Is there a cloakroom in the venue?

Yes, you’re welcome to use the cloakroom to leave your coat and small bag.

I have dietary requirements, will there be food for me?

Yes, when you register for the cONference, you’ll be asked to share any dietary requirements. We’ll do our best to ensure there’s food for everyone to eat. If you have serious food allergies, we recommend you bring your own food.
