About Event

Have you been craving a safe space to process how you’re feeling?

Maybe you’ve been itching to learn tools to get to know yourself better, be more vulnerable, or take steps forward in your growth and healing?

You’ve come to the right place.

This April, May, and June, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we will gather and equip each other with education, tools, resources, and community around things like everyday mindfulness, embracing authenticity, and getting vulnerable to be real with ourselves and others.

In addition to learning, this is also an opportunity to connect with others and gain community support from folks who are going through a similar experience. 

This group is co-hosted by Alyssa, therapist and founder/ceo at MyWellbeing, and Meadowlark, founder of Or Consulting and host of the Thoughts May Vary podcast. Alyssa and Meadow will kick off the group with a grounding exercise and guided conversation and tool sharing before opening up the floor for open format Q&A and support.
