About Event

Join Aly Evans, Executive Director of Foodnet Meals on Wheels and long-time DPP member, for a conversation on the joys and particular challenges of building up a development shop in a small nonprofit.

Aly is a transplant from Southern California and an active volunteer in her local community. She currently serves as Executive Director at Foodnet Meals on Wheels where she leads a dedicated team in support of older adults in Tompkins County. She is committed to making the community better for all and demonstrates this in her various volunteer roles with the Rotary Club of Ithaca, Tompkins Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Exchange of Tompkins County.

About: The Donor Participation Project (DPP) convenes fundraising professionals who are concerned about the nationwide decline in donor participation (20 million US households lost between 2000-2016).

We believe this can be solved by changing our fundraising practices and want to learn from peers who are moving the participation needle.
