Permission Impossible - Dead Reckoning Pain:
Why is adding a new role or permissions so painful and difficult? Why do some people dread it more than going to the dentist?
In this talk, Francis will recount a painful experience with permissions and also a brief history about authorisation. He will also show you a new way that can make permissions a walk in the park, rather than a walk on a high-rise tightrope like Tom Cruise.
About Francis:
Francis is a seasoned engineer with 30+ years in the industry who is also a co-organizer of 2 Meetup groups in Australia (Alt.Net, DDD-AU)
Francis will be reprising his well received talk at Programmable 2025 for Dev Korea and hopes to connect with many engineers who has made Korea their home.
