Play beats small talk—swap business cards for beach games on Saturday, July 26 at Prinz (Tobey) Beach Park.

​Teams will tackle five Web3-themed challenges—Sandcastle Architecture, Multi-Sig Treasure Hunt, AND/OR Logic Sprint, Layer-2 Leapfrog, and a Blockchain Bucket Brigade— complete with a light picnic, sunset awards, and summertime chi vibes.

• ​Team medals and meme-worthy superlatives.

• ​Sandwich-picnic dinner and waterfront views—all within Chicago’s growing tech community.

​Article 1. Any soul who prefers sun‑lounging or wholesome spectating shall be known as an Official Witness of Play.

​Article 2. Said Witnesses are under no obligation to sprint, vault, leap, hash, or otherwise perspire— yet shall enjoy equal glory, equal sunset, and equal eligibility for superlative medals.

​Article 3. All Witnesses must, at minimum, raise a cup, a clap, or a well‑timed “woo!” when competitors collapse joyfully into the sand.
