​​Join me on Saturday, July 23rd, for a beginner-friendly dance class that helps you connect with your body and emotions through movement and mindful practices.

​🌷 4PM - 5:30 PM: Dance session at Centre Civic Drassanes
​🌷 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Coffee

​We’ll explore body connection, self-expression, and trust through mindfulness exercises, movements inspired by Dancehall and Commercial dance, along with empowering walks and a short, choreographed routine embracing feminine energy.

​​Open to all women—no experience needed. Just bring your water, and comfortable clothing (wear what makes you feel good!).
