Jaya is the Director of DEI at Spencer Stuart and former Director at The Brattle Group. With nearly 20 years of experience in the legal and consulting worlds, she has built DEI infrastructure and strategy to support underrepresented talent at the highest levels. Jaya is a nationally recognized changemaker known for her candid insights and deep commitment to equity and belonging.

Ingrid Hu Dahl
Author, Speaker & Leadership Coach
Ingrid is an author, speaker and leadership coach. Her memoir, Sun Shining on Morning Snow, launched this Spring. She is a certified leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation and the Center for Creative Leadership. She has worked globally across sectors to guide changemakers through transition with clarity and confidence, and is a lifelong advocate for underrepresented voices.
