Mindfulness invites us into present moment awareness. Presence naturally leads to interest and care. In times of great change, we are challenged to renew our commitment to practice, not just for our own peace of mind, but for the benefit of all beings.
Over the course of this two-day retreat, Community Dharma Leader Margo McLoughlin will draw on the Buddha’s teachings on the Five Spiritual Faculties -- Faith, Effort, Mindfulness, Concentration, and Wisdom. Each of these offers a pathway to embody our deep appreciation and wonder for this precious human birth and the changing world in which we live.
